For more than 18 years, the Uruguayan Chamber of Information Technology (Cuti) has been conducting an annual survey of its member companies in order to know the performance of the information and communication technology (ICT) sector in Uruguay.
In 2009, within the framework of the "Institutional Strengthening Program in Strategic Areas", executed by Cuti and financed by the Competitiveness Program of Clusters and Production Chains (PACC) of the Office of Planning and Budget (OPP), a methodological revision of the survey was developed by the Center for Economic Research (CINVE), whose framework has been applied as a reference base until the present edition.
This report gathers the results of the survey conducted to Cuti's partner companies between March and November 2020. By means of this survey, diverse information was collected about the activity in 2019 of the member companies whose main activity is Information and Communication Technologies.
