Este estudio propone analizar las definiciones políticas desarrolladas por cuatro países latinoamericanos, Argentina, Brasil, México y Uruguay, y por tres países extra región, Irlanda, Israel y Singapur. IT Industry Challenges in the Year of the Pandemic
Eight months after the health emergency was declared in Uruguay, the IT Observatory and the People Talent Committee of Cuti, as well as the Digital & IT Area of the consulting firm Advice, organized a discussion group instance, in which companies in the ICT sector were invited to reflect on what was done in this critical juncture, what decisions were taken and what lessons were learned in this "new normality".
